The diversity of the fauna of the province is based, of course, in the great diversity of environments (ecosystems) in the region, representing these ecosystems the habitats necessary for the survival of the species.
Several of these species are in different states of preservation: there are endangered, threatened or in good condition.
Here we will review some of these species classifying according to the type of habitat in which they are:
